Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing the business, delivering top customer service, and overseeing daily store routines.

You will recruit, train and engage the team, push for in–store goals, and grow with our promote-from-within philosophy as you help lead the store’s future success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Drive results with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Coach and develop team members while balancing multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Train non-management staff and develop talent.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and build visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions and protect assets.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
