Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy with hands-on store operations. You will drive sales by analyzing the business, ensuring outstanding customer service, and overseeing opening/closing routines, staffing, and inventory control.

You’ll use creative styling, product knowledge, and brand standards to engage customers. As a people leader, you’ll recruit, train, and develop the team, promote from within, and help maintain compelling visual displays.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Ability to drive results and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Leadership in training, coaching, and team development.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom with emphasis on service and operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
