Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training and mentorship to help you succeed as you lead a single store and drive guest experiences.

You will hire and direct associates, uphold integrity and safety standards, and participate in ongoing leadership development with a robust benefits package including health, retirement, and education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire and direct staff to ensure smooth store performance.
• Complete a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
