Tillys is seeking a capable Assistant Manager in Oceanside, CA to lead the Store Management Team in delivering an amazing Tillys Experience for every customer.

You will model exceptional service, hire and train Associates, and ensure smooth store operations, a great environment, and strong communication and leadership throughout the team. This full-time role offers 401k, health benefits, employee discounts, and paid time off.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
