Tillys in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Store Management Team. You will model exemplary service, lead selling behaviors, and help ensure an amazing customer experience at every visit.

You will hire, train and develop a strong team of associates, supervise daily store operations, and create an energetic, engaging environment. This full-time role requires retail leadership and strong communication skills.
