• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk personnel and assist the General Manager.
• Focus on front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Recruiting and interviewing front desk and fitness instructors.
• Monitor inventory and review sales figures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain club standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Mentor front-end staff and support shift coverage when needed.
