BDQ, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager at Dairy Queen in Idaho to lead a team with predictable hours and no early mornings or late nights. Earn up to $23.47–$24.19 per hour, with base pay plus tips and bonuses totaling $48k–$50k annually for a 35–40 hour week.

You’ll manage shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, and maintain daily food safety standards while supporting career growth toward Store Manager positions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience, fast food experience is a plus.
• Strong people skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Multitask efficiently with a customer-focused approach.
• Willing to learn food safety and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew during shifts with a team-first attitude.
• Manage shift flow for fast, friendly service and quality Dairy Queen treats.
• Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and daily food safety standards.

Max Earning Potential: Up to $23.47 – $24.19 / Hour Equivalent!

• Starting Base Pay: $16.87 / hour
• Plus Hourly Tips: ~$1.50 / hour average ($18.37/hr base + tips)
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $800 paid monthly (Adds +$5.10/hr on a full-time schedule!)
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 extra per year
• Total Yearly Earning Potential: Up to $48,000 – $50,000+ per year!

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Consistent 35–40 hours per week.
• NO early morning shifts (we don't serve breakfast!).
• NO late-night closing shifts.
