Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day restaurant operations and help grow the team. You’ll lead staff, deliver consistent customer service, and ensure food quality and speed meet standards.

The role is full-time with ongoing training, growth to general manager, and a clear path to advancement. You’ll receive competitive pay, a flexible schedule (32–40 hours), and benefits including health and retirement options.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate team members

• Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development
• Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability
