GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a team focused on customer service and store success.

The role requires open availability and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts. You will also be involved in training, scheduling, and overseeing daily operations, including cash handling and store finances as needed.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to work second or third shifts.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and serve customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
