Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead a team to achieve financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. Flexible schedules, including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, help you grow with our company and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• In charge of hiring, managing and directing of associates and ensuring delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a three or more week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
