You will participate in a multi-week Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare you for success. This role emphasizes flexibility to open/close, weekends and holidays, plus a commitment to food safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
