You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and receive mentorship to support your career growth. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to ensure smooth daily operations, with a flexible schedule that may include opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and help drive financial results.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for success.
• Support store leadership and adapt to business needs.
