Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will assist operations, hire and manage a team, and drive guest satisfaction while participating in a multi-week leadership training program.

The role includes a flexible schedule with opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus the chance to advance into management, with comprehensive benefits and support from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
