Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and guide associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
