Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in running a single store, hire and coach associates, and focus on achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training programs ensure you are prepared for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in 3 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
