Job summary

JS Fort Group, Inc is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Jimmy John’s franchise location in Chicago. You will work with the GM to oversee in-store operations, lead by example, and help enforce systems with integrity.

Responsibilities include prep, handling rush periods, training new staff, and conducting weekly inventory and paperwork audits, while maintaining clear communication with the General Manager about store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
