Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Open to a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to staff.
