Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Perris, California. You will hire, supervise and coach team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs to prepare for store management responsibilities.
