Job summary

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operation of a single Panda Express location, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for store management responsibilities.
