Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct of associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and supervision of staff.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
