Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Washington, DC area. You will help run a Panda store, hire and lead associates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while working through a comprehensive 3+ week leadership training program.

The role offers hands-on paid training, ongoing leadership development, and opportunities for advancement within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Flexibility to move to stores within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store success.
