Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location in the Washington, DC area. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an 8 or more weeks of leadership training to ensure you are prepared for success, with ongoing mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
