GPM Investments' Pride brand seeks an Assistant Manager at Store 619 in Palmer, MA. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, run the register with speed and accuracy, and coach a team to upsell products while delivering outstanding customer service.

Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required. Expect second or third shifts; you may step in as acting manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
• 18+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy while helping customers.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service focused team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
