You will help manage cash, inventory, and merchandising; supervise a team, and potentially act as store manager when needed. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are offered, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and multiple shifts.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks and keep cleanliness.
• Minimum age 18+.
• Strong English communication with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
