GPM Investments, LLC in Seminole, Oklahoma, is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly on every shift. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, and help hire and train a customer-focused crew.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, and you may work second or third shifts. You’ll step in as acting manager when needed, manage inventory and merchandising, and handle daily cash while developing

Qualifications

• Customer service and operations experience for a fast-paced store.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team toward customer service excellence.
• Experience with cash handling and daily financial processes.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels optimal.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and oversee facilities.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store finances.
