GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager to help run our high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, handle the register, coach staff, and lead a team committed to excellent customer service.

Expect to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be key in hiring, training, and maintaining store standards while managing schedules, stock, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English and perform basic math tasks.
• Must have open availability for weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Food safety certification must be obtained or already held.
• Minimum age of 21+.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms, pumps, and outside areas.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate the team.
