• Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness; 21+ years old; Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift.
• Run register, stock, upsell, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory and deposits.
• Coach employees, upsell promotions, recruit and train new team members.
• Execute company programs and manage vendor orders and merchandising.
