Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods and brand standards.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership, guide others, and ensure that Team Members complete duties while maintaining financial accountability. You will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and foster a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Take ownership and guide Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure safe, quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
