Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
• Consent to background screening and eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager guidance
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and budget adherence
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, train and orientate team
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations; ensure food safety and facility standards
