Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under GM guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and store metrics.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and orient new team members.
• Coach, develop and motivate staff; ensure teamwork and high performance.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and health and safety standards.
• Set a positive tone for a fun, family-friendly environment.
