Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by leading a energized team delivering fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Maintain BK brand standards and remove roadblocks with hands-on leadership.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, ensure maintenance, and uphold cash control & security protocols.
