Job summary

Burger King® Assistant Managers play a critical role in driving restaurant performance and developing strong, high-performing teams. You’ll partner with the RGM to deliver operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and solid financial results.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold BK brand standards while driving profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Lead operations by upholding BK standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring maintenance and cash security.
