Qualifications

• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders—put employees and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and ensure repeat visits.
• Maintain balance between high-quality service and financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
• Build shift supervisor capability and prepare for advancement.
• Consistently thank the team and celebrate successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, and give feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers and cash handling; HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to create orders and manage costs.
