Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a restaurant supervisor for Burger King in Rosharon, TX to lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will mentor team members, monitor service speed, uphold quality and safety standards, and collaborate with the General Manager on performance improvements.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience; ability to work all shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
