Jersey Mike's Subs in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a lively crew and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach the team, run opening and closing duties, handle scheduling, inventory, and ensure food safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of operational checklists.
• Maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
