Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, opening/closing the store, ensuring food safety, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Qualified candidates will have a Serve Safe certification and at least 1 year of management experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of operational checklists and schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivating, developing and coaching their team.
• Work in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Open and close the store successfully.
• Schedule management and staffing.
• Maintain food safety standards and inventory.
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Assist in employee training.
