Jersey Mike's Subs in Paramus is seeking Assistant Managers to lead a fast-paced, team-driven store. You will motivate, coach and develop staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage opening/closing procedures.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of restaurant management, Serve Safe certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This role offers an hourly wage of $19–$20 plus tips, with career advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management (2+ preferred).
• Serve Safe Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Knowledge of operational checklists and standards.
• Ability to maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
