Atlas Franchise, operator of Jimmy John’s restaurants, is seeking a General Manager in Omaha. You will lead one location, hire and train staff, manage operations and guest experience, and drive performance with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling, safety, coaching your team, and participating in monthly GM meetings with the District Manager. A competitive monthly incentive and full-time benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1.5+ years of store management experience, preferably in food.
• Strong coaching and team-building abilities.
• Ability to resolve customer and team issues professionally.
• Energetic, outgoing, coachable and enthusiastic.
• Comfort with computers and technology.

• Lead daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.
