Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, operates more than 300 restaurants and is the largest Arby’s franchisee in the world. We seek an Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver flawless customer service while supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

This role offers opportunities to lead a diverse team, manage inventory with strict food safety standards, and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment at our Arkansas location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Food/Hospitality role or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and implement operational improvements
