Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dynamic supervisor to lead Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at Hasbrouck Heights. You will drive guest service excellence, participate in sales initiatives, and uphold safety and hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. This full‑time role offers a 50‑hour work week and a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry‑specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned
