Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a skilled supervisor to drive results and lead a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants. The role involves outdoor work in varied conditions, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 hour work week (including evenings and weekends)
• Basic computer skills
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills—bilingual a plus
• Carwash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees not meeting our standards
• Provide tools needed for new employees to be successful
