Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings seeks a dedicated leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants, delivering exceptional guest service outdoors in all weather. You will drive sales initiatives, uphold safety, and model the company values in a fast-paced car wash environment.

This role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn the car wash business, and a track record of supervisory success.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned
