Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at its Manchester location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest services in an outdoor setting while driving safety, efficiency, and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry. The position demands a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends, in Manchester, CT.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned
