Job summary

Zaxby's in Pittsboro, NC is seeking motivated restaurant management professionals to lead fast-paced shifts, ensure quality guest experiences, and maintain a clean, safe operation. You will manage teams across cashiers and cooks, optimize labor, and drive performance.

This role requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, a willingness to go above and beyond, and a focus on people and service. You should be 18+ and able to work 30–40 hours per week; prior restaurant experience is

Responsibilities

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.
• Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed.
• Hire and schedule staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Balance daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals.
• Ensure product quality standards are met.
• Create an environment of quality within the store.
• Lead a team well and coach the performance of others.
