Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a year of restaurant management, a Serve Safe certification, and the ability to train staff, open/close shifts, and manage inventory.

The position offers an hourly wage of $19–$20 plus tips, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid training. Reliable transportation is expected for scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management.
• Serve Safe Certification - Required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of operational checklists.
• Maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
