EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Raleigh, NC stores to lead the customer experience and uphold the EVEREVE HEART culture. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure every customer is seen and connected with, and you will coach your team to deliver the branded EVEREVE styling experience.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, merchandising standards, and operations excellence, while driving results through Trendsend styling and payroll support.

Qualifications

• Retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and fashion awareness.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
