Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated in Tucson seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the team, uphold our HEART values, and ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience during in-store visits. You will embody warmth and fashion credibility on the floor.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage operations, inventory, and merchandising, and drive Trendsend fulfillment and customer outreach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Support recruiting to build a great team.
• Maintain a strong store presence and fashion leadership on the floor.
• Coach and develop employees to achieve success.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales through customer styling, Trendsend, and payroll support.
• Ensure sales targets are met and manage division of responsibility by volume group.
