Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience in fashion or retail preferred
• Passion for fashion, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility, innovation and urgency in changing business environment with actionable ideas
• Encourage participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and collaborating
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social media skills, mobile device skills, Microsoft Office or Open-Office
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership to optimize sales

• Drive operational efficiency and traffic on sales floor and digital channels
• Contribute to inventory management and eCommerce order fulfillment
• Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards and directives
