Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and mobility on the sales floor.
• Customer- and team-focused, with initiative.
