Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 5215-Natick Collection-Soma-Natick, MA to support the Store Manager in building a team and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, develop associates, and help drive store performance while maintaining store standards and an engaging, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
